Terms and Conditions

1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments

Cancellation:

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email: sales@hanoicentralhotel.com, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

1. Customer must notify Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences if you plan change before 02 days you check in.
2. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

More than 03 days prior to check-in	No cancellation fees
From 02-03 days prior to check-in	50% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.
Less than 02 days prior to check-in	One night penalty charged

No Show:

1. If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival  or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made
2. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

Amendment:

1. Amendments is negotiable via our email:  sales@hanoicentralhotel.com

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

 2. Tour Cancellation :
None cancellation – None refundable

1. Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
2. Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
3. Check-out until 18:00 – 50% of room rate
4. Check-out after 18:00 – 100% of room rate

Early check in is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
-  Early check in from 8:00 AM of arrival date – 50% room rate (W/o BF)
-  For guaranteed early check-in, room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100%

Rates are inclusive of:

1. International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day)
2. Free Welcome drink when check in
3. Tea, coffee, fruit,1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person
4. Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer
5. Children and Extra bed Policy

Maximum 01 child under 8 years old, sharing with parents using existing bed

Extra bed	10.00 USD
Extra breakfast	5.00 USD
Baby cot	Free 01/room

Children in tour: Children under 4 Years old free of charge (share bed with parent). From 5 to 8 Years charged 7$ (share bed with parent)
